About the role

The role supports senior colleagues by contributing to and executing their decisions, analysing data and reporting frameworks, performing calculations, managing stakeholder follow-ups, and writing reports. Data will primarily be sourced from remote sensing, but may also come from property records (e.g., for emissions and input use) and field work performed by colleagues internally.

  • Reconciling internal natural capital product designs with external sustainability frameworks and tools.
  • Preparing figures, tables, and technical annexes that support clear decision‑making.
  • Supporting senior colleagues on site visits when required and documenting observations for later analysis.

  Product Operationalisation & Continuous Improvement.

  • Assisting with improving product prototypes, including quality assurance, template updates, and workflow refinements for data collection, calculation, and reporting.
  • Liaising with adjacent teams, including carbon project managers and data specialists, to integrate processes and ensure consistency.
  • Considering efficiencies in delivery processes, including exploring appropriate uses of AI for summarising, checking, or templating.

  Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conducting some select competitor and tool analysis and contributing insights to product and sales strategy.
  • Monitoring updates across sustainability reporting frameworks and related market drivers.
  • Contributions, primarily technical, to natural capital communications materials.

  Client Delivery & Documentation

  • Delivering contracted client work across reporting, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Drafting sections of client deliverables, including reports, technical notes, and supporting appendices.
  • Documenting meeting notes clearly and ensuring action items and follow‑ups are progressed to closure.

  Business Development Support

  • Drafting sections of proposals and contributing to pitch‑deck content.
  • Preparing visuals, tables, and supporting materials for proposal submissions.
  • Coordinating internal inputs for proposals, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely progress.
