About the Role
You will support Aged Care and NDIS clients, helping them maintain safe, clean, and comfortable homes. Most clients are regulars at the same time each week, allowing you to build strong and positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning: dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, spot-cleaning windows
- Restroom cleaning and sanitation
- Disinfecting rooms using safe products
- Light household support: hanging out washing, bringing washing in, and changing bed linen
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
- Following hygiene and safety standards

About You
We’re looking for reliable, caring individuals who take pride in helping others. To be considered, you’ll need:
- Strong communication skills (bonus: Greek or Italian speaking!)
- A reliable car and ability to travel
- A smartphone with internet
- A current police clearance
- An ABN (this is strictly a subcontractor role)
- At least 12 months cleaning experience (training provided)
- Availability 3–5 days Monday to Friday (day shifts only)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Aged Care/NDIS experience is a bonus, not essential
