Summary:

As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, client interactions, and strategic initiatives. You will be trusted with confidential information, act as a key liaison, and support both operational and client facing functions at an executive level.

Given the nature of our practice, a good understanding of accounting concepts and ideally experience working within an accounting firm is essential to effectively support the Managing Partner and contribute to the firm’s high‑quality advisory services.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive diary and schedule management.
  • Stakeholder communication and relationship support.
  • Meetings preparation and management.
  • Document and report preparation.
  • Travel and itinerary coordination.
  • Client engagement support.
  • Day to day executive and operational assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the accountancy sector, with a good understanding of accounting concepts or experience working in an accounting firm.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
