Finance and Insurance (F&I) Sales Trainee

The position of Finance & Insurance(F&I) Sales Trainee is responsible for providing customers with high quality buying experience, maximising sales results for the dealership, managing the finance and insurance process including the collection and submission of documents and maintaining a high standard of customer service whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow the F&I sales procedures.

• Clearly present finance and insurance products to customer in a clear and thorough manner.

• Build rapport with dealership customers and identify customer needs.

• Negotiate sale and complete sales contract in its entirety.

• Prepare and process finance and insurance deals accurately and secure approval through appropriate financiers

• Receipt all deposits and deliveries.

• REVS check for all trade ins and purchases as required.

• Provide leasing, commercial and consumer quotations for prospective customers.

• Ensure all customers are quoted on insurance products

• Complete daily finance log and update as necessary.

• Work closely with sales team to aid in the sale and delivery of a car

• Drive and follow dealership processes and systems

• Ensure all compliance needs are met

• Attend training courses as directed

• Adhere to appropriate policies and procedures of the dealership and the financial institution.
