Trainer
Civil Safety is a successful Registered Training Organisation (RTO) working our Moranbah training facility.
We are looking for someone like you to use your wealth of knowledge and experience in both on-and off-site safety and training services including plant and equipment, inductions, height safety, and more, along with being able to offer a variety of heavily funded short courses and qualifications.
In your new role you will;
Ensure our students are receiving a high level of quality training
Deliver training that meets all requirements of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations
Continue your professional development to maintain currency
Utilise on-line training software to track client and student activity (or paper based where required)
Work in conjunction with internal quality and resources to support validation of training products
Build business contacts to ultimately develop new clients
You have;
Current Training and Assessment Qualification and currency (TAE40116)
Exceptional communication.
Friendly, professional and efficient customer service mindset.
Professional working competence in MS Office and google drive.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Local preferred.
