SAP B1 Support Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP B1 consultants. Training and certification opportunity will be provided through our mentoring and assisted skills centric team orientated working environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide expert-level support for SAP Business One across Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing and CRM modules using Halo as the central support and case management platform.
• Act as the primary escalation point for SAP Business One support issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and provide tailored functional and technical solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors, data inconsistencies, and integration issues with third-party applications.
• Assist in the design and testing of system enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
• Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices to contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Liaise with the development team to communicate client requirements and follow through on customizations or fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions to recurring issues.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by assisting with data validation, system configuration, and user training.
• Participate in client meetings and status updates to ensure alignment on support priorities and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools.

Competencies Required

• Effective and clear Communication Skills Essential
• 3+ years experience in delivering SAP Business One assignments
• Strong Analytical and Technical problem solving skills
