The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Estimator to join our Circl Construction Division, reporting directly to the Director of Construction. This is a pivotal role where you’ll play a key part in our tendering process, working closely with the Head Estimator and collaborating with a tight-knit, consultative team. You’ll have the chance to engage with clients, immerse yourself in the human side of the business, and leverage your expertise to deliver winning tenders. If you bring established client relationships, that’s a bonus we’ll highly value.

This role offers exposure to all facets of estimating across both commercial and residential projects, with the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and residential projects

Manage tenders independently while collaborating with the team

Utilize digital estimating software and Microsoft Project to streamline processes

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Contribute to our collective tendering approach with a high level of collaboration

What We’re Looking For

Degree or qualification in Building, Construction Management, or a related field

Proven success as an Estimator with extensive experience in commercial construction, refurbishments, and residential projects

Proficiency with digital estimating software and Microsoft Project

Ability to work autonomously as a sole Estimator on tenders when required

Exceptional attention to detail and deep knowledge of construction processes and challenges

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong interpersonal abilities

A relationship-builder with excellent time management and organizational skills

Existing client networks are a significant advantage
