The Role

We are seeking a caring and dedicated flexible Casual School Bus Supervisor to work across our Bendigo depots., supporting a Student with Disabilities school run. In this role, you’ll work alongside the driver to ensure students travel safely, comfortably, and with confidence. You’ll provide guidance, support, and reassurance, helping students start and end their school day on a positive note.

What You’ll Do

• Support students during their journey to and from school, ensuring their safety and wellbeing

• Assist students with boarding, seating, and securing equipment where needed

• Help create a positive, friendly, and nurturing environment on the bus

• Collaborate closely with the driver to maintain safety and comfort throughout the trip

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and reporting requirements

What You Need to Apply

• A caring, responsible, and patient approach

• Current Working with Children Check

• A strong commitment to safety and professionalism

• Previous experience working with children or in a support role is highly desirable
