About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive part-time Group Planning
Administrator to join our team. You’ll support the planning and delivery of
group programs, working closely with our Group Planner & Coordinator to
ensure every camp and guest experience runs smoothly. This is a fantastic
opportunity to develop your administration and coordination skills in a
dynamic, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with pre-camp planning, including entering group bookings, schedules, and activity
details
- Support communication with group organisers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of off-site activities, transport, and dietary requirements
- Help prepare detailed run sheets and logistical documents for each group
- Follow up with providers and internal teams to ensure bookings and arrangements are confirmed
- Contribute to the smooth on-site delivery of programs by keeping information and documentation up to date
What We’re Looking For:
- Organized, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, cooperative, and enjoys working in a team
- Comfortable using computer systems and online platforms for scheduling and record-keeping
- Available to work part-time
Essential:
- Victorian Employee Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in Australia
