Allied Dental Ocean Keys is a busy, community-loved dental practice — and we’re looking for a warm, switched-on Receptionist to be the face of our front desk three days a week. This is a permanent part-time role with a genuine pathway to full-time for the right person.

The Role

You’ll be the first hello patients hear — on the phone, at the desk, and in the room. Day to day, you’ll be:

• Welcoming patients and managing check-in / check-out
• Answering phones and booking appointments
• Processing payments and handling health fund claims
• Keeping the front desk running smoothly and the waiting area feeling calm
• Supporting the clinical team with scheduling and admin

What We’re Looking For

• A natural people person — warm, calm, and professional
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Experience in a customer-facing or admin role (dental or medical a bonus, not a must)
• Comfortable with computer systems — dental software experience a plus
