Lead sponsorships, grants and advocacy for Australia’s iconic festivals and venues.
Century is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager – Sponsorships & Advocacy to drive sponsorship revenue, secure grant funding, and build strategic partnerships across our venues, festivals and live-entertainment programs.
This is a senior, professional role suited to someone with a proven track record across sponsorship, grants, government engagement and the performing arts or tourism sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will:
• Secure sponsorships for the Sydney Comedy Festival, Perth Comedy Festival, venues and events
• Identify, write and secure grants across multiple business units
• Work with the executive team on advocacy for the performing arts sector
• Develop and manage sponsorship and procurement partnerships
• Build long-term relationships with corporate, government and philanthropic partners
ABOUT YOU
You will bring:
• Proven experience securing sponsorships and grant funding
• Experience liaising with government departments and funding bodies
• A background in performing arts, festivals, live entertainment or tourism (highly regarded)
• Strong commercial, negotiation and communication skills
• A professional, credible and outcomes-focused approach
