Copy of Warehouse Operator – Casual

We are now looking for Warehouse Operators to join our large, dynamic, and newly purpose built Warehouse facility based near the Melbourne Airport!

Our Warehouse is highly automated – You may have experience of working in a large warehouse, that’s great! However if you a new to the industry and looking for an opportunity, we’d also love to hear from you. 

We are looking for team members who are highly motivated, looking for an opportunity to progress, ready to muck in and enjoy working alongside a dynamic team in a high pace and rewarding work environment. What’s on offer? Casual position with the possibility for consistent and full-time opportunities.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday – 6am to 2pm and 2pm – 10pm (with overtime as required). The occasional weekend work is also available as required.

Responsibilities Include:

Devanning of containers

Picking, packing, and dispatching of orders

Working productively and proactively with other team members

Demonstrated work ethic and pride in completing an honest day’s work.

Maintenance of equipment including RF devices, wireless printers and forklift equipment

Requirements of the role:

Able to lift up to 25 kg.

Energetic, pride in the job and completing an honest day’s work.

Reliable and punctual.

Sense of humour and enjoy being part of a team.

Accuracy in your work

Adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.

Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.

Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery and tools.

Hoist licenses (optional)

To be successful, the applicant will need to show the following:

A willingness to learn new skills

Be available for additional hours including weekend work at times.

A positive “can do” attitude.
