Salary starting from $38.46 per hour/$75k annual

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Officer to support the Director of Mission and Pastoral Life.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrator ready to step into a EA role, or for an existing PA seeking exposure and development toward an Executive Assistant pathway.

About the Role

You will provide professional executive and administrative support, coordinate meetings and events, manage communications and logistics, and act as a key point of contact for the Office of Mission and Pastoral Life. The role combines executive support with hands-on coordination in a mission-driven environment.

About You

You are organised, discreet, and confident supporting senior leaders. You bring strong administrative capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and initiative.

An appreciation of Catholic values and mission is important. Knowledge of Catholic liturgy or diocesan contexts is desirable but not essential.
