About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality operations and curate exceptional member experiences, ideally the applicant will have event experience too. This hands-on leadership role oversees all food and beverage services, event coordination, and day-to-day club dining operations to ensure the seamless delivery of premium hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of food & beverage operations, including restaurant service, bar, and private dining.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of member events, private functions, and club occasions across a busy event calendar.
• Lead, train, and motivate a small, high-performing hospitality team to deliver service excellence.
• Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service.
• Knowledge and a keen interest in wine.
• Manage budgets, rosters, inventory and ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, and workplace standards.
• Uphold the privacy and exclusivity of the Club at all times.
About You
• Proven experience in a senior hospitality management role within a premium restaurant, private club, or luxury resort environment.
• Strong event management and operational skills with a focus on attention to detail and member satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for service, presentation, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and event schedules as required.
• Current RSA and Food Safety certifications (or willingness to obtain).
