CASPA SERVICES LTD – POSITION VACANCY – On Call Support Worker – Mid North Coast NSW
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an On Call Support Worker highly competent in responding to and supporting staff and carers during critical incidents in CASPA’s Out Of Home Care services. Based in the Mid North Coast NSW, the Casual role requires flexible availability across all hours on an as-need basis to ensure optimal outcomes for children, young people, and their families during times of crisis.

Key Responsibilities
- First response to crisis in person and by phone
- Attend residential houses as required for support
- Assist carers and therapeutic care workers support through incidents following all protocol for Wellbeing and Critical Incident
- Support the Therapeutic Care Worker with CASPA Policy and Procedure after hours
- Documentation including entering information on client management system

Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types, we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business.
