Casa Services Ltd, Central Australia’s leading provider with a 40-year history of supporting people with disabilities in Alice Springs, is hiring! We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive impact. About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants with their daily routines, fostering independence, and creating a safe and engaging environment. This position involves hands‑on support, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Due to the personal care needs and expressed preferences of the participants, this role has an inherent requirement for male support staff. This ensures that care is delivered in a manner that respects the dignity, comfort, cultural considerations, and privacy of the individuals receiving support.
What we are looking for
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in manual handling, personal care, and managing complex behaviours.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Sound computer skills, including the ability to work with a variety of software programs.
- Valid Driver’s License, NDIS Worker Screen Clearance, Police Clearance, and evidence of the right to work in Australia.
- COVID vaccination

- Experience working with male clients in a support capacity
- Mental Health experience
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.
