Our Sydney operations are growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Advisor to help keep our refurbishment and servicing operations running smoothly.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our workshop, operations teams, and vehicle preparation process. You’ll manage service workflows, coordinate vehicle repairs and servicing, and ensure our workshop team has everything needed to keep vehicles moving efficiently through our refurbishment pipeline.
This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced operations, strong coordination, and delivering a smooth experience for internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate servicing and repairs for vehicles moving through our refurbishment centre
Open and manage job cards and workshop service records
Liaise with technicians and workshop leaders to track progress and priorities
Schedule and manage servicing timelines to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain accurate records across internal systems and job management platforms
Order parts and liaise with suppliers where required
Ensure vehicles meet required servicing and quality standards before delivery
Work closely with operations, logistics, and workshop teams to keep vehicle flow moving
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, or Automotive Service Coordinator
Strong organisation and time management skills in a busy workshop environment
Good understanding of vehicle servicing and automotive workshop operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Experience with workshop systems or job-card software (desirable)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Current Australian driver’s licence
