Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in the building and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Skills:

– Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the building and construction industry

– Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage teams

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

– Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods

– Ability to develop project schedules and budgets

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Proficiency in project management software

Responsibilities:

– Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion

– Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines

– Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers,and other stakeholders

to ensure smooth project progression

– Monitor progress of projects against established milestones

– Address any issues or concerns that arise during the course of a project

– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards

– Prepare regular reports on project progress for stakeholders

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

– Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager

– Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred

– Strong knowledge of building codesand regulations

– Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
