About the Role
As a Swim Teacher, you’ll create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children build confidence and develop their swimming skills while having fun.
This casual role suits parents, students, carers, teachers, and anyone looking to supplement their income in a flexible and meaningful way.
No swim teaching experience is required. We provide structured training, practical support, and clear qualification pathways to help you become a confident and capable swim teacher. Our internal qualification pathways lead to nationally recognised accreditation.

About You
We believe in finding the right people and training them to be their best. We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are at least 16 years old (minimum and industry-recommended age for swim teacher qualification)
- Have a love of water
- Communicate clearly and enjoy connecting with others
- Love working with children and making a positive impact
- Are friendly, dependable, and ready to learn
