About Carlile Swim:
Carlile Swim has been a world leader in aquatic education for almost 80 years. Forbes Carlile was Australia’s first Olympic swimming coach, and his wife Ursula was the only woman to serve as Head Coach of the Australian Swimming Team. Both are members of the International Swimming Hall of Fame.
Carlile Swim pioneered Australia’s first commercial swim school, built the first indoor teaching pool for toddlers, and led the way in teaching babies to swim.
It’s our people and culture that truly set Carlile apart. Today, Carlile Swim delivers more than two and a half million lessons across Australia each year.

About the Role:
As a Swim Teacher, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children develop their swimming skills while having fun.
Our casual swim teacher roles are well suited to parents, students, carers, teachers, and others looking to supplement their income in a flexible and rewarding role.
No swim teaching experience is required. We provide structured training, practical support, and clear qualification pathways to help you become a confident and capable swim teacher. Our internal qualification pathways lead to nationally recognised accreditation.

About You:

• Are at least 16 years old (minimum and industry-recommended age for swim teacher qualification)
