Carlile Swim is looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Engineer to support technology across our swim schools and support office. 

You’ll be the go-to person for technical support, helping resolve issues, maintain devices and ensure systems run smoothly across multiple sites.

As we continue to grow, technology plays a key role in supporting our teams and operations across every location. 

 

The Role: 

You will provide first and second level IT support across sites, both remotely and on-site. 

Working closely with the Technical Lead and vendors, you will troubleshoot issues, support users and help maintain a reliable and scalable technology environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide IT support across multiple sites via phone, email and service desk 
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, device, printing and connectivity issues 
  • Act as an escalation point for on-site or complex issues 
  • Configure and deploy devices including iPads, PCs, printers and phones 
  • Support site technology including kiosks, connectivity and operational systems 
  • Manage user access, onboarding and Microsoft 365 administration 
  • Maintain asset registers, documentation and device lifecycle tracking 
  • Work with vendors and support projects, rollouts and system improvements 

 

About You: 

You are a practical IT support professional who enjoys solving problems and working across a range of systems. 

You bring- 

  • Experience supporting devices, systems and user environments 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and connectivity 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and user access management 
  • Confidence working independently and with external vendors 
  • A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills 

Experience in multi-site or field-based environments will be highly regarded.
