About Us
Carlile Swim is a nationally recognised swim school network with more than 150 years of combined experience and over 30 locations across Australia. Now united under one brand, we are committed to leading the industry and enriching the communities we serve through exceptional swim education and water safety.
Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and our Customer Experience teams play a vital role in supporting families from their very first interaction with Carlile Swim.
About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Experience (CX) team members to join our friendly teams at Carlile Swim Wavell Heights.
This is a frontline role where you’ll support families throughout their swim journey. You’ll manage bookings, welcome families into the centre, respond to enquiries, and assist with day-to-day operations at reception and around the pool deck.
As part of the role, CX team members are required to also teach in the pool. You’ll begin by training and working in the Customer Experience role to build confidence in our systems, programs, and family experience. From there, Carlile Swim will support you and cover the costs of the required training and licensing, so you can confidently deliver swim lessons as part of your role.
This blended role offers variety, hands-on involvement, and the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the swim school, with strong support and clear expectations.

- Casual role with flexibility based on centre needs
- Opportunity to increase hours over time
- Structured training and support across both CX and swim teaching
- Full support with swim teacher training and licensing requirements
