Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the media industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases and process maps.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the media industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
