  • Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and referral pathways with new and existing referrers.
  • Conduct regular clinic visits, deliver updated collateral, and promote CCA’s services.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives tailored to specific tumour streams.
  • Actively connect and introduce CCA doctors to relevant multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to encourage collaboration and strengthen referral pathways.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with referrers and our CCA doctors to discuss services, patient pathways, and assist in the planning and execution of forums, events, and dinners targeted at referrers.
  • Regularly track and report on engagement activities, including clinic visits, meetings, and event outcomes through the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates to management, highlighting trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in a healthcare or referrer engagement role, preferably in oncology or a similar field.
  • Background in customer-facing roles, with demonstrated success in relationship management.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritise effectively while on the road.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work around competing deadlines and workloads.
  • Strategic thinker with the aptitude to identify opportunities and create actionable plans.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Collaborative team player who shares information and assists colleagues to achieve team goals and outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in healthcare relationship management, account management, or business development, ideally in oncology or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and work autonomously on the road.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to convert opportunities into results.

What We Offer:
