Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Southern Cross Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Operations Manager to support the food and beverage operations within our organisation ensuring quality service and member expectations. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of F&B operations, driving exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across the restaurant, bar and events.

• Deliver exceptional dining and event experiences for members and guests.

• Drive performance to meet targets in service quality, cost control, and labour efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with Liquor, Food Safety, WHS, and Club regulations.

• Coach and support a high-performing team.

• Support financial performance through budgeting and planning

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven management experience in restaurants, or hospitality venues at a senior level.

• Strong leadership and ability to manage both front and back-of-house operations.

• Experience in event execution and service delivery to a high standard.

• Sound understanding of financial and business planning.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

• Current RSA Certification

• Knowledge of WHS
