The position

The Administrative Officer – Student Services plays a central role in the smooth operation of the Student Hub—a dedicated space that supports student care and experience throughout the school day. As the first point of contact for students requiring additional care, co-regulation or wellbeing support, this role is pivotal in connecting students with the appropriate resources and interventions.

As an integral member of the College’s Pastoral Team—including the Senior School Director -Student Care and Experience, Heads of House, School Counsellors, Nurse and Chaplain—the Administrative Officer – Student Services contributes to the effective management of student wellbeing, engagement, attendance and behaviour.

During non-term time, the role focuses on planning and coordinating upcoming activities and events, as well as completing essential administrative tasks that support the overall care and experience of students, working closely with the Academic Services Team.
