Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking a highly capable Senior Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team in Norwest.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving business transformation initiatives across the organisation. Partnering closely with business leaders, project teams and technology specialists, you will analyse complex business challenges, define clear requirements and help deliver practical solutions that improve processes, systems and outcomes. What you’ll do
- Lead the elicitation, analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultation sessions to gather, validate and refine requirements
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and efficiency
- Translate business needs into clear requirements that support effective solution design and delivery
- Provide analysis, advice and recommendations to stakeholders on solution options and implementation impacts
- Support solution design discussions and participate in testing, including user acceptance testing
- Contribute to business cases, benefits realisation planning and project workstream planning
- Provide reporting on analysis progress, risks and issues to project leadership and stakeholders
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with 3-7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, and systems analysis

- Proven ability to gather requirements, analyse processes and design practical solutions
- Experience working across business and technology teams to deliver system or process improvements
- Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and practices (e.g. BABOK)
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating workshops
- Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes
- Experience in the Construction or Property industry highly desirable
- IIBA Certification or equivalent also highly regarded
