If you are passionate about the construction and home building industry, have excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to help people, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our high performing Construction team in our Norwest or Beresfield office.
As a Construction Customer Service Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client customer interactions, ensuring that each touchpoint is infused with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships with our customers, providing them with the support they need throughout their construction journey with us.
What you’ll do:
- Liaising with customers, via regular phone calls and emails, building rapport and addressing their needs during the build.
- Ensuring customers are well informed of the steps throughout the journey from contract signing all the way through to construction, sending written communication and necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborating closely with our Site Managers, to obtain information to provide updates to the clients on the progress of their file throughout construction, and to answer customer questions when necessary.
- Extensive management client reports & paperwork to suit when necessary.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Proven track record in customer service or related fields.

- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
