Kitchen Steward

The Role

We’re looking for a Kitchen Steward (Kitchen Hand) to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a busy kitchen responsible for keeping kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces clean and ready for service. You’ll be working with industrial dishwashing machinery, as well as manually washing larger cookware and ensuring the kitchen remains organised and hygienic.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating industrial dishwashers for plates, cutlery, and glassware.
• Manually washing pots, pans, and larger kitchen equipment.
• Emptying bins and maintaining kitchen cleanliness throughout service.
• Assisting with stocking and organising kitchen supplies.
• Supporting the chefs by ensuring a steady supply of clean equipment.
• Stock and organise kitchen supplies, helping ensure a smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For

• A hardworking, reliable team player who takes pride in their work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to work Friday’s and across a 7 day operating restaurant
