Operating seven days a week, we serve lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday, with a relaxed lunch service on Sundays. The Role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join Havana Bar, Cafe Sydney’s cocktail bar. This role requires a skilled bartender with strong knowledge of classic cocktails, the ability to perform in a high-volume setting, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
This is a full-time position, paid hourly under our Enterprise Agreement.
Responsibilities Include
- Preparing and serving a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Engaging with guests to provide warm, professional bar service
- Managing high-volume cocktail service while maintaining consistency and precision
- Supporting the beverage team with stock management, preparation and cleanliness
- Contributing to the energy and atmosphere of Havana Bar
About You
- Minimum three years’ bartending experience in a high-volume cocktail bar
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology fundamentals
- Professional, engaging and service-oriented personality
- Must hold a current RSA
- Successful candidates will also be required to complete the NSW Food Authority Food Handler Basics training
- Must have full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
- Availability across evenings and weekends
