We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take the lead across a Melbourne metro territory with some regional travel for key accounts. You’ll be the face of Caesarstone with a focus on commercial customers, medium density and new home builders, stonemasons, and key clients, building genuine relationships, spotting opportunities, and making sure Caesarstone is always front of mind.
What you’ll be doing
- Driving growth by building strong B2B partnerships with our commercial customers including developers, architects and designers, builders and stonemasons.
- Supporting our customers to get on board with our internal Caesarstone Connect platform – linking retailers with stonemasons to make quoting and jobs seamless.
- Taking the lead on escalated account matters by stepping in with solutions and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
- Re-igniting lapsed accounts and winning back business with fresh ideas and persistence.
- Hosting in-store trainings and supporting retailers to create showroom displays and campaigns that support their business.
- Representing Caesarstone at industry events, expos, and product launches, keeping us visible and connected.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of the industry – spotting trends and opportunities before anyone else.
- Owning your territory numbers – setting, winning and celebrating sales targets.
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone with solid industry experience – whether that’s in building products, construction, interiors, or surfaces. You know how the industry ticks, and you’ve got the network and know-how to hit the ground running. You’ll be a:

- Confident hunter who enjoys chasing new opportunities as much as growing existing accounts.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and hungry to achieve, but always collaborative and customer focused.
- Self-starter who thrives out on the road but works just as well with a team behind them.
- Flexibility to travel across your territory in Sydney and regional areas with some overnight travel.
