About the role
We are seeking a motivated Property Detailer to join our team on the Northern Beaches, working within the Property Service team.
The Property Detailer is responsible for maintaining the client’s property/properties by completing the tasks set out in the weekly schedule. Working alongside another Property Detailer/Handyman, there will also be opportunities to assist with general handyman and maintenance tasks as requested by clients.
This role is offered initially as a 6-month contract, with a view to becoming permanent.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• High-pressure cleaning of hard surfaces, driveways, and paths
• External cleaning of all hard surfaces, house washing, and window cleaning
• Clearing out gutters and drains
• Repairing door handles, locks, or hinges
• Patching and painting small wall areas
• Fixing leaky taps or replacing washers
About you
This position is best suited to someone with industry experience or who can demonstrate an eagerness to learn on the job while gaining experience in high-end property detailing/maintenance. You will be looking after the property detailing of Cadence & Co existing clientele’s beautifully built homes. As a part of our team, you will be flexible and able to move from property to property. You will have excellent communication skills with the confidence to take initiative. We are looking for someone who is professional and can be friendly, approachable, and patient with our clients, as well as be able to take on a range of tasks.
