About the role

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the project team in the management and administration of contracts throughout the project life-cycle. You will work closely with our Construction Managers and Project Managers to ensure all aspects pertaining to financial, commercial, contractual and compliance matters on the projects are effectively implemented on time and within budget requirements. 

About you

You will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a Contracts Administrator position and experience working in the residential construction industry, adept at preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontract packages, ensuring contractual compliance and project alignment.

You will have a sound knowledge of construction methodology, the ability to work as part of a high performing and fast paced team, as well as a strong desire to develop a professional career within the industry.

You will be managing a variety of concurrent projects; planning and programming of works including resourcing of projects, risk management and assisting with financial reporting.  You will excel in managing diverse stakeholders – clients, architects, subcontractors, consultants, and team members for seamless project execution.

You will coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment and resources needed for project execution. You will produce accurate payment schedules, and process claims within contractual timelines.
