- Your comprehensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to maintain the highest level of guest experience in a multifaceted hospitality business.
- A Bachelor Degree or three years working in a similar position.
- Your expertise hiring, onboarding and managing diverse teams – to support individuals to be their best selves.
- You’ll contribute to shaping engaging training and development programs for the team
- You enjoy juggling a multitude of activities and appreciate process, structure and the importance of upholding agreed upon standards. You enjoy completing dining reports, supporting rostering and ensuring our home is safe, well organised and magnifique at all times.

Acknowledging our 7 day a week endeavour, we’re looking for a flexible Assistant Manager to ensure our venue is covered in the busiest of times.
