Summary:
We are seeking skilled HVACR Technicians to join our team in Newcastle & Central Coast. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the comfort and efficiency of our clients’ environments through expert installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. As a mid-senior level technician, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction in the building and construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVACR systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVACR system issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVACR equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVACR installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVACR systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
