RESPONSIBILTIES
As a Boutique Manager, you will:
- Oversee the daily flow of the boutique, setting the standard through leadership and ensuring each client experience is both thoughtful and memorable.
- Mentor and support your team, nurturing confidence and collaboration so each member can flourish while delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.
- Curate and manage inventory thoughtfully, maintaining a beautifully presented and organised environment.
- Shape and implement sales strategies that encourage growth and operational success.
