RESPONSIBILTIES

As a Boutique Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the daily flow of the boutique, setting the standard through leadership and ensuring each client experience is both thoughtful and memorable.
  • Mentor and support your team, nurturing confidence and collaboration so each member can flourish while delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence.
  • Curate and manage inventory thoughtfully, maintaining a beautifully presented and organised environment.
  • Shape and implement sales strategies that encourage growth and operational success.
  • Oversee performance with care, offering thoughtful insights that guide and strengthen the team.
  • Build authentic customer relationships through meaningful engagement, responding to feedback with professionalism and empathy to ensure a considered and elevated experience.
