ABOUT THE ROLE
Together with the Boutique Manager, you will:
- Lead with intention, setting the tone through elevated service and presence.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and brand to provide considered, expert guidance.
- Mentor and uplift the team, encouraging confidence, collaboration, and skill-building.
- Elevate the team’s performance using KPIs as a tool to to drive growth, nurture development, and ensure continued success.
- Build trust and rapport with your customer base through attentive, considered engagement and thoughtful responses.
- Oversee inventory and ensure the boutique is beautifully stocked and presented.
- Uphold policies and procedures, fostering alignment with our brand spirit and culture.

- Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar environment.
