Regional Sales Manager – Butterboy (Victoria region)

This exciting opportunity allows you to expand Butterboy’s presence in the local market while representing the brand and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, account management, and nurturing our strong customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop sales forecasts and budgets for your territory, track performance, and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Proactively identify and address challenges to ensure continuous growth.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential wholesale customers. Oversee client portfolios and handle inquiries while identifying growth opportunities within current accounts.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay on top of consumer behaviour, market trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities to ensure Butterboy stays competitive and innovative in the market.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all sales activities and client interactions align with Butterboy’s values and identity. Maintain consistency across marketing materials, proposals, and communications.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Establish long-term relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and provide solutions that position Butterboy as a trusted strategic partner. Develop strategies to retain and enhance customer satisfaction through regular visits and targeted campaigns.
  • Distribution & Supply Chain Management: Oversee product distribution within the region, ensuring timely deliveries, addressing logistical issues, and working closely with HQ to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2- 4 years’ experience in sales or account management, preferably in wholesale.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient and familiar with MS Office Suite, Oracle, and using ERM tools, ideally NetSuite
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and understand marketing principles
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
