WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Scheduling Appointments – Secure meetings with qualified prospects for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to close the deal.
  • Lead Generation – Conduct outbound calls and research to identify potential customers, qualifying them for meetings with the BDMs.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and resolve them promptly and effectively.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales retention.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to qualify leads and generate interest over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of churn reduction tactics and experience implementing them to save accounts from churning.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based sales.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with a keen interest in sales and customer success.
