About The Role

The Project Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of projects within our organisation. This permanent full‑time position is aligned to our Gold Coast office, however candidates may be based in Brisbane or surrounding areas, provided they are able to travel regularly to the Gold Coast. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and supporting clear communication across project teams.

You will be able to confidently:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for distribution.
  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, bringing strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and the confidence to coordinate teams and support project stakeholders while ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Proven experience in Project Administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
