About The Role
We’re seeking a Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Toowoomba team and contribute to projects that help shape local communities. While this role would ideally suit someone based in Toowoomba, location is flexible and we are ultimately looking for the right fit for the business.
You’ll be involved in a mix of private and government projects across SEQ, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience working on SEQ projects (private and/or government)
- Civil design experience and strong understanding of engineering principles
- Proficiency in civil design software such as 12D, AutoCAD (DRAINS/MUSIC highly regarded)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
