About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide supervision and guidance to the care team
to ensure the delivery of individualised, effective, and holistic care to
residents. This role reports to the Care Manager(s) and General Manager and involves supervising
enrolled nurses, care workers, and other support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, enhancing their quality of life
- Plan, implement, and evaluate resident care using the nursing process
- Liaise with medical officers and allied health professionals
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families
- Supervise and support enrolled nurses, care workers, and other staff
- Promote resident independence while maintaining dignity and privacy
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and organisational requirements
- Participate in staffing coordination in the absence of the Care Manager
- Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and policy development
Essential
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Nursing
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Minimum of 1 year post-graduation nursing experience
- NDIS Worker Clearance
- Ongoing compliance with CPD (Continuing Professional Development) requirements

Skills & Experience
- Experience in geriatric or aged care nursing
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
