Care Partner – Home Care

Buckland Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting older people to live safely and independently in their own homes. Our service spans the Blue Mountains, from Lapstone to Blackheath, combining office-based work with regular client visits.

About the role:

As a Care Partner, you will:

• Provide high-quality support to clients under the Support at Home (SaH) program.
• Work collaboratively with clients and their families to maintain independence and wellbeing.
• Visit clients in their homes and provide personalised assistance based on individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.
• Contribute to a supportive, positive workplace culture.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A qualification in Aged Care, Community Services or similar.
• Previous experience in community aged care.
• A current driver’s licence
• Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to helping older people live independently and safely.
