BTi Logistics is an Australian owned and operated company specialising in international freight forwarding, customs and third party logistics (3PL) services. What about the role?

We’re always interested in talking to people who are passionate about supply chain and all that it encompasses. Based in our Ravenhall office (with a 3/2 hybrid option available), you will ideally have some exposure to the following:

• Experience in a similar role within the Freight Forwarding space
• Experience using CargoWise One
• Generating AR invoices
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Managing your time effectively
• Thinking laterally and finding quick and effective solutions to problems

What will you do each day?

Each day can be a little different in a Supply Chain environment. You might find yourself engaging in the following activities:

• Registering import shipments
• Liaising with shipping lines, overseas agents, service providers and customs
• Processing SCA/ACA and EDOs
• Processing arrival notices, AP invoices and outturn reports
• Generating AR invoices
• Following status of shipments
• Working with customer service, customs and warehousing departments
