The Role:
The Managers role will be a fixed term contract until September 2024 covering a maternity leave period.
This role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced supervisor or developing manager to build their skills working closely with a Business Advisory Services and Taxation Partner. You will be working with a supportive team at our Burwood office and will be responsible for providing high quality service to our clients ranging from small businesses to large multinationals. Your role will include tax compliance and tax advisory including leading client meetings for SMEs, researching and solving tax issues, and review of more complex work such as international dealing schedules. You will be part of a team of talented individuals, mentoring them, giving them support and guidance while they develop their own skills. You will also be involved in developing client relationships along with pursing new business opportunities.
BYRONS is currently expanding. For the right applicant, there may be scope to continue employment after the fixed term contract end date.

As the candidate, you need to have strong technical abilities, an eye for detail and ability to communicate complex issues to clients. You either have previous experience in a Manager role or are ready to demonstrate your ability by taking the next step into Management. You are motivated to work as part of a team to provide excellent client service while developing your own skills.
