Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Service Staff to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
As a Service Staff member you are responsible for providing high standards of customer service and maximising the customer sales. You are also responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services are maintained.
You will be working directly with the Team leader and Bar Supervisor to maintain a consistent, high-level quality customer experience.
Brunetti Oro stores are as follows:
- Flinders Lane
- Myer
- Chadstone
- Swanston Street
- Brunswick
Working in a 7 day week operation, the successful candidate must be flexible, willing to work nights, weekdays, weekends and public holidays covering morning, afternoon and evenings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Service Staff member or in a similar role.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Demonstrate superior levels of customer service
Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities of the role are as per below
• Adhere to the Brunetti Oro presentation standards, service procedures and service times;
• Ensure guests are met and greeted to a standard that will deliver a positive first impression;
• Deliver superior levels of service
• Work as part of the team to ensure that all tasks are completed in order of priority and within an allotted time frame;
