Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment. Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting or using their own initiative is required.
Dishwashers are required at the below locations:

Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; entry-level position
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers and handwashing techniques
- Ensure all kitchen items are clean, dried, and stored properly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, sinks, and back-of-house spaces
- Monitor and refill dishwashing chemicals and cleaning supplies as needed
- Remove rubbish and recycling regularly and keep waste areas tidy
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and occasional food prep tasks
- Support chefs and kitchen staff as required to maintain smooth operations
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
