Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team in a fast-paced production environment.
As a Delivery Driver, you are responsible to load and unload the delivery truck or van, pick up and deliver goods against order documentation around the Melbourne area, ensuring appropriate delivery protocols are followed and accuracy across all areas of responsibilities to ensure stores and customers receive the correct delivery within the expected timeframe every time, and goods are not damaged in transit.
Brunetti Oro Drivers are key to the successful fulfillment of stock at our outlets and for the successful delivery of products to customers – meeting internal stakeholder and customer expectations.
You will be working directly with the Team leader and Supervisor to maintain a consistent, high-level quality customer experience.

- Flinders Lane
- Myer
- Chadstone
- Swanston Street
- Brunswick
The candidate must be available to work a combination of weekdays, weekends and early mornings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to drive a small truck (3.5 ton truck)
- Hold a current full Victorian Driver’s License
- Multi-drop delivery experience (2 years +)
- Knowledge of the Melbourne Metropolitan area
- Must possess a clean driving history
- Forklift & Medium Rigid License favorable but not essential
Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities of the role are as per below
- Load and unload the delivery truck as per order documentation and determined delivery route ensuring order is correct and undamaged upon loading/unloading.
- Ensure all delivery/storage information is recorded as per requirements
- Ensure packages are labelled correctly for delivery reporting any issues to management
- Check the condition of the truck for cleanliness and hygiene, ensure the refrigeration system is operating and check truck is appropriately fuelled before commencing delivery route
- Adhere to determined delivery route unless advised by management and meet KPI’s relating to delivery times
- Upon commencement of delivery journey to each address, text customer to advise and provide time of delivery in accordance with journey time and distance
- Meet customer/stores requirements by following consignment instructions for delivery every time
- Adhere to all road and driving laws and signage
