Perth, WA | Full time

At Brunel, we know that successful accounts are built on more than conversations, they’re built on care, consistency and doing the fundamentals exceptionally well

We’re looking for an Account Manager who enjoys ownership, values strong relationships and takes pride in keeping complex operations running smoothly. Someone who is energised by detail, trusted to follow things through, and motivated by supporting clients, contractors and teams to succeed

About the Role

As an Account Manager at Brunel, you’ll take ownership of an established client portfolio end to end. You’ll be the central point of connection — building trusted client relationships while ensuring mobilisation, compliance and service delivery are handled with care and precision

Working closely with recruitment, operations, finance and safety teams, you’ll help deliver workforce solutions that are safe, compliant and aligned to our clients’ needs

Client & Job Management

  • Partnering closely with clients to understand requirements and take clear, detailed job briefs
  • Building strong, professional relationships through consistent communication
  • Ensuring Brunel delivers on contractual commitments with confidence and integrity

Mobilisation & Compliance

  • Coordinating contractor mobilisation from start to finish, including:
    • Compliance documentation
    • Site access and training verification
    • Flights and accommodation
  • Working with service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate, audit‑ready records

Operational Excellence

  • Preparing reports and supporting reviews as required
  • Proactively resolving service or onboarding issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance contractor experience

Contractor Care

  • Maintaining regular contact with contractors throughout their assignments
  • Supporting engagement, wellbeing and retention
  • Ensuring every new starter feels welcomed into the Brunel family from day one

Safety & Risk

  • Supporting risk and site assessments
  • Working in alignment with client HSE systems and expectations
  • Monitoring safety requirements and acting promptly when issues arise

This Role Will Suit Someone Who

  • Enjoys structured, well‑organised work
  • Takes pride in accuracy, follow‑up and attention to detail
  • Is comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and moving parts
  • Values accountability and being trusted to own outcomes
  • Is motivated by supporting people and delivering quality service

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in account management or a similar coordination‑focused role
  • Strong organisational and administrative capability
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • The ability to manage relationships with professionalism and care
  • An understanding of workforce compliance, HR or IR/ER considerations
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset aligned to Brunel’s values

At Brunel, we’re passionate about connecting people with opportunities and supporting industries that matter.

If you’re looking for a role where your attention to detail, commitment to people and operational mindset are genuinely valued, we’d love to hear from you.
