About the Position

BIA is seeking a proactive and reliable Maintenance Worker to join our high-performing and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance tasks and minor works across the Broome International Airport Group (BIAG) portfolio. Your work will directly support the operational efficiency, safety, presentation, and upkeep of our airport buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.

To be eligible, candidates must have permanent working in Australia rights.

About the Person we Seek

As the ideal candidate, you will have a positive, can-do attitude and someone who takes pride in working safely and professionally. You’ll be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and ready to assist with property and landscape maintenance across a dynamic airport environment.

As the successful applicant, will have a current C Class manual driver licence with an ability to obtain Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) checks and comply with BIA Drug and Alcohol Management Plan (DAMP).

Experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or similar work will be highly regarded.
